While in South Africa performing for Zarfest, Ciara recorded her journey for a documentary that will be airing on South Africa’s ‘Channel O’ Thursday, August 4th at 6:30 pm.
Hip hop darling Ciara visted S.A for the first time ever earlier this year in order to perform at ZARfest… Luckily her trip wasn’t a complete waste of time because she also made this documentary during her stay!

American producer, singer, songwriter and rapper, Timothy Zachery Mosley better known as Timbaland, on Saturday disappointed his fans after he failed to pitch up for a performance at the ZarFest concert in Harare. Timbaland was billed to perform alongside top American musicians including Ciara, Li’l Kim (Kimberly Denise Jones), Fat Joe and DJ Scratch who all managed to give the crowds top drawer performances.“This is such a disappointment, it is not fair for those who paid their money to see all the artists although I must say that the rest of them put up great performances,” said a Timbaland fan. The concert was slated to begin in Harare on Saturday and end at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on June 4. “We are encountering problems with his flight but we are expecting that Timbaland, Li’l Kim and DJ Scratch will be in the country tonight,” said Zimbabwean organiser’s representative, Tavona Gukuta, also known as T-Bass at a press conference on Friday. However, Li’l Kim and DJ Scratch arrived on Friday at midnight aboard a privately chartered plane and Fat Joe arrived on Saturday an hour before the show kicked off. It was only after Ciara wrapped up the fest with a stunning performance, when promoter Kenny Kunene walked onto the stage that it became clear that something was wrong. “I want to show you this video and after I will explain what it is all about”, he said.
